    80’S VIDEO GAME SOUNDS

BANDAI NAMCO Studio's sound team remains at the forefront of the video game music scene and has now created a high-quality reconstruction of the sound engine of that time. Kamata includes preset sounds by Junko Ozawa, who created many of the Namco game sounds, as well as sounds by Denji Sano and other current sound designers.
Kamata is a KORG synthesizer gadget with a wave memory sound engine that brings the video game sounds of the '80s into today. By using Kamata you can reproduce the actual sounds from those memorable video games, as well as generate completely new '80s video game sounds for your music today.

*BANDAI and NAMCO joined forces, combining the game divisions of their companies to create BANDAI NAMCO Games (now known as BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc.). From that company, the development department split off to form BANDAI NAMCO Studios Inc. "NAMCO" in the text above refers to the game division before this union.
